How Do I Place An Order?

When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button. Once you've finished shopping, simply click on the "Check out" option. Here, you can confirm your items and make any changes to the quantities you require. To complete your order, click the "process my order" button and your transaction will be finalised.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Cream Online accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

How Much Is Domestic Shipping?

Cream Online is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150! For any order less than $150, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10. Easy!

What About International Shipping?

For international shipping, the rates will differ depending on the country you would like your items sent to and the weight of each item. Don't worry, this is all easily calculated for you in the check out process.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Cream Online ships twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

When Can I Expect My Items?

Orders in the Tuesday shipment will arrive to you by Wednesday or Thursday, orders in the Friday shipment will arrive to you by Monday or Tuesday the following week.
If you are an International Customer, you can expect your parcel in around 7 ' 10 business days. It's good to keep in mind that sometimes there might be customs delays that can alter the estimated arrival dates.

Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we can't ship to PO boxes so make sure your delivery details are correct at the checkout.

Can I Track My Order?

You sure can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a unique tracking code and link. If you follow the link and enter your code, you'll be able to see exactly where your package is.

Can I Add, Remove or Cancel My Items After My Order Has Been Placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, all sales are final. That means that once an order has been processed we won't be able to make any cancellations or changes.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

  • Refunds may be granted only in the instant where an item has been grossly misrepresented or a major fault has been overlooked in our careful inspection.
  • Because each item is a completely unique, one off piece, we can't offer exchanges.

How Do I Return My Item?

All refund items must be sent to the Cream Online Head Quarters and once received a refund will be replied.
